About the property
Our luxury Greek villa and apartments are bright and contemporarily furnished, air-conditioned and fully equipped, ideal for family holidays or 'get together'. Perfect for those who want to soak in the sun, swim in one of the best beaches of attica and visit many historic sights including Athens with Parthenon, museums and the flea market, just 38 km.
We are located about one kilometre from the sea front with a choice of many sandy beaches, fish tavernas, clubs, open air cinemas and restaurants. All amenities are within 5 minutes drive.
Our Greek luxury villa is located in the seaside town of Porto Rafti, an old fishing village on the eastern coast of Attica and is famous for its excellent local wine, food and crystal clear seas. Besides the seaside, mountains with beautiful wooded areas and monasteries back Porto Rafti.
It is only 12 kilometers from Athens airport and 38 kilometers from Athens that makes it an ideal base for travelers who want to relax and perhaps experience Greece past and present.
Places of historical and cultural interest are easily accessible. A day visit to Acropolis, Parthenon, Plaka, museums, galleries or shopping in Athens and its flea market is so easy.
Day visits to Cape Sounio (temple of Poseidon), Vravron (temple of Artemis), and Marathon are only a few minutes drive.
Greek island hopping from nearby ports and you can hire a private yacht with captain to cruise namy islands of your choice, at competitive rates with drinks included

Changeover Notes
Change over day is usually Saturday but we can be flexible
Linen Notes
Bed linen is provided, included in your rental price and changed once a week. There is a washing machine if you wish to use during your stay.
Laundry facilicies also available.
Baby Facilities Notes
A cot and bed guard are also available: £25.00 per week for the cot, the bed guard is free of charge.
Local Amenities & Attractions
Day trips to Sounio with the impressive temple of Poseidon, to the temple of Artemis in neighbouring Vravrona and to Marathon are only a few minutes drive from our villa.
From Lavrio, and/or Rafina nearby or from the main port of Piraeus a bit further away but easily reached, you can take the ferry or flying dolphine for a day visit to many Greek islands.
While staying in our villa, you can choose:
• to enjoy a relaxing break, swimming and sunbathing at a number of nearby sandy beaches, or explore some of the rocky beaches.
• to enjoy the delicious Greek cuisine and excellent local wines.
• to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience by visiting Athens, the ancient Acropolis and other nearby temples, archaeological sites and museums and of course the flea market for shopping.
• to play golf at the famous Glyfada Golf Club of Athens, only a short trip away.
• to take part in a variety of water sports and other facilities at the nearby Club Med complex in Vravrona.
• to spend a lazy day fishing.
• to surf and/or have yachting lessons.
• to pop over to an island or two.
