Apartment 2 has double entrance doors facing the pool, which lead into the lounge/dining area. The lounge has Satellite TV and a video recorder, large sofa and armchairs, rugs, occasional tables with lamps and a family dining table.

Casa Kernow is a south facing villa, located centrally for the whole holiday island of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.
It is a large original Canarian house with 4 very individual and spacious apartments, private heated pool, and sea views.
Two of the apartments are 1 bedroomed and two are 2 bedroomed and all are south facing. The house is situated 5 minutes from Arrecife (the Island capital) and has views of the mountains, coastline and Fuerteventura. The property occupies a large plot with shady terraces, large heated pool, and tropical gardens. Within the gardens are papaya, mandarin, lemon, apricot, fig, banana, orange, guava, coconut and pomegranate trees, plus date palms and vines. Many varieties of cactus are also evident amongst the geraniums, roses and amaryllis, to name but a few of the varied plants and shrubs.
The grounds have ample sunbeds, chairs, tables and a barbeque area. There is a laundry room with washing machine, essential to avoid that awful holiday hand washing!
There is also a large area for car parking, and a large play area where children can kick a ball around if desired.
The owners live on site, so lots of advice about the island, it's restaurants, places of interest, best beaches, and value for money shops is available.
The pool area is enclosed by a high wall and gates, making it safe for young children, and the sunbathing area surrounding the pool is very spacious with two large umbrellas for shade.
Kitchen Notes
The kitchen area has a ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. All utensils necessary for a self catering holiday are provided. Smoke alarms and fire blankets are fitted.
Bedroom Notes
The first bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, dressing table unit, rugs, bedside tables and a double bed. This adjoins a hallway leading to the second bedroom which has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, chair and rugs.
Windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

PLEASE NOTE:
We charge the same ALL year round, except Christmas (21st Dec -4th Jan 2007). Longer winter lets subject to negotiation and availability. All prices are in UK pounds.
Changeover day is Thursday. Departure by 10.00 am and arrival at 2 pm. This allows time for apartment cleaning. In exceptional circumstances we can changeover on another day.
Bookings are accepted with £100 non-refundable deposit and the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. Apartments will be held for 7 days while flights are arranged.
