The 'Windmill Hill' complex:

Provides a breath taking view of the Albufeira coastline and with only 10 minutes walk down to the local beach. A brief bus ride can take you to a variety of coves and sheltered beaches all set amongst fascinating cliffs and private bays.

There is large pool which are deep enough to dive in but shallow at one end for children.
There are two tennis courts located just by the Reception and these are available for hire.
A bar / restaurant is close to the pool, where full meals and snacks can be enjoyed for a variety of budgets.
There are enough sun loungers around the pool, and on the grassy banks for everybody to enjoy.

The 'Old Town' retains its charm as you wonder through its narrow cobbled streets and white washed houses. There you will find shops, bars, cafes and a variety of restaurants serving a variety of foreign and traditional foods, and local fish cuisine.
In the evening the atmosphere is lively and appeals to all ages.


Albufeira:-

Its now one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve with more hours of sunshine than any other location in Europe. Whilst maintaining its character as a Portuguese fishing village the resort has developed into a holiday haven for all ages.
There are two local beaches with water sports and boat trips. Aqua parks, a zoo and attractive villages are all within a short distance of the town, and so much more of the Algarve is just waiting to be explored.
In the evening you can walk to the bars and restaurants in the bustling Old Town, which still retains its character along with a lively atmosphere appealing to all ages, or visit the 'Strip' with its clubs and famed nightlife.
About a mile to the east is the bustling new town with its many restaurants, bars and clubs easily accessible by car, bus or on foot.
To the west of the old town is the new Marina de Albufeira with its controversial multi coloured architecture.

A range of activities and attractions are only a short distance away including Zoo Marine, Aqua Park, shops and golf courses.

Green hills and rushing streams with natural spa water are a 30 minute drive away in the Monchique area.

The Algarve is renowned for its many varied golf courses. There are in excess of 25 spread across 100 miles of coastline. Top European tour players come to the Algarve, both for the Portuguese Open and to enjoy the excellent conditions. There are plenty of golf shops, academies and driving ranges.
Albufiera is situated close to three main courses, Salgados, Balaia and Sheraton Pine Cliffs all within five minutes drive.

Notes to the rental rates:

* Air-Conditioning / Heating is fully Included in the Cost!
Payment is required in Sterling, or in Euros if agreed by the owner.
The normal rental period is one week however shorter duration stays such as long weekends will be considered, based on the percentage of the weekly rate, and discounts for longer durations are also available.


* A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement.
Payment is by transfer directly to the owners bank account.
Check-In is after 15.00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check-Out is by 12.00 hrs on Departure Day.
We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion.
