Local Amenities & Attractions
Like most Spanish towns the main square is a focal point for the people. The gigantic old trees that surround the square let the sunlight diffuse though onto the square allowing for a pleasant time to while away the days.
7 golf courses lie within easy reach, and a further 5 courses are to be found within 40 minutes easy drive. With a further 6 courses in progress the area lies claim to being one of the most popular golfing resorts in Spain.
The area surrounding Almoradi is full of orange, lemon and almond groves, and is pleasant for driving or cycling through. All amenities are within a short walk to the town centre, with the motorway network also close by. Almoradi offers an alternative for those people wishing for a more Spanish way of life.
Booking Notes
1. Earliest check in on day of arrival is 12-noon.
2. Check out on day of departure is 10am, but luggage can be arranged to be left until departure for airport, or if no further guests arriving that day a 12 noon or 14:00 check out can be arranged a week prior to arrival at the apartment.
3. Bedding and bath towels are provided on a basis of one set per week for the number of people in the apartment. Guests must provide towels for the pool and for use in sun bathing.
4. A copy of the inventory will be provided for guests. Please note that nothing is to be removed from the apartment, or a cost could be incurred.
5. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the booking of the apartment.
6. The remaining balance of 75% of the cost of the rental is required 30 days prior to arrival at the apartment.
7. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony.
8. Pets will be considered, by prior arrangement only.
9. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, and we would ask all guests to treat all furnishings, amenities and utensils with respect.
10. Although the apartment is cleaned before the arrival of all guests, it is the responsibility of the guests to wash and put away all pots and to leave the apartment in a clean, tidy and reasonable condition at the end of their stay.
11. Books and maps are provided for the use of all guests, but we politely ask you not to remove these from the apartment
12. Patio table and chairs are not to be taken off the premises for use on the sunroof or by the pool.
13. Guests are advised that the front door to both the apartment and the apartment block are latch lock doors, which means that keys need to be carried outside the apartment at all times.
14. Loss of any sets of keys, or in the result of guests locking themselves out of the apartment, a cost of 75 Euros will be incurred, This will be payable by guests directly to the locksmith on site.
15. Doors and windows must always be secured and locked when guests are not in the apartment.
16. Any item that is broken needs to be reported immediately to the contact within the apartment block.
17. Keys are provided upon arrival at the apartment block and need to be returned, in full, on departure. Failure to do this will also result in a 75 Euro charge for the locks to be changed.
18. We would ask all guests to consider others living in the apartment block, and to limit noise both late at night and early morning, as well as during the Spanish Siesta.
