Walnut Grove is a fully maintained complex of approximately 50 apartments/villas, with a high standard of cleanliness, the villa overlooks the Walnut Grove.
Pool Notes
The complex has a stylish communal swimming pool together with a children’s pool. Poolside showers and toilets and a large patio area. Four sun-beds are provided.
Garden Notes
At the rear of the property and overlooking the Walnut Grove is a large private terrace that is furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol. This area is totally private and secure and is an ideal children’s pay area.
Parking Notes
The villa has its own allocated car parking space, and enjoys the security of a barrier at the entrance to the complex.
Kitchen Notes
The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, grill and kettle.

Furnished to a high standard and accommodates six people seated for meals.
Living/Lounge Area Notes
There is a large open plan living area leading onto kitchen and dining room, and a large pool-facing terrace with patio doors opening onto a patio and seating area. Downstairs toilet and marble staircase leading off to first floor.
Bedroom Notes
The master bedroom has a double bed, and has joint access to the balcony facing the swimming pool area, and also enjoys stunning views of the mountains. Bedroom two has two single beds and patio doors which also opens onto the shared balcony. Bedroom three has two single beds and enjoys stunning views of the Walnut Grove. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and bedroom two has a safe inside the wardrobe.
Games Room Notes
The lounge has a DVD/CD player, local TV, a number of board games and books.
Cleaning Notes
The villa is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
Changeover Notes
Arrival and departure times unless otherwise stated the property will be available for occupation from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00pm on day of departure in accordance with the international hoteliers agreement.
Linen Notes
The price includes all bed linen and towels and a weekly linen change. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Facilities Notes
A travel cot is available, own linen required.
