Chalet Le Pînpiolé is a detached chalet with superb views of the surrounding mountains and the Giffre Valley.
It is located on the piste in the hamlet of Le Planay just outside the village of Sixt Fer à Cheval, near Samoens in France. This area is designated as a National Park and as such it offers breathtaking scenery, in both winter and summer time.
The chalet is easily accessible being less than an hour away from Geneva International Airport.

About the property
Built in 1980 in the traditional wooden style, Le Pînpiolé sits at 950m. Close to all businesses and services in Sixt and only 8km from Samoëns the chalet is ideally located for you to appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the mountains.
Inside Le Pînpiolé, the heating is electric with a cosy wood burning fire in the living area. In the lower mezzanine, 'the den', we have provided a TV and DVD/CD player, there are also a selection of board games, books and DVDs for you to enjoy.
The 90m² chalet is set out on split levels and upstairs there are two mezzanine areas which are large enough to sleep 5 people in total.
Chalet Layout
Ground floor:
Open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher), bedroom, bathroom (fitted with washing machine), WC and carport.
First floor:
Galleried mezzanine areas. Lower mezzanine - living area/den (TV, DVD/CD player). There is a further sleeping area on the upper mezzanine.
In the 800m² garden, there is a south facing terrace complete with outdoor furniture including a BBQ built into the car port.
Sorry, there is a no smoking policy in the chalet and pets are not permitted.

Please note that all bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 4pm, departure before 10am.
