Pool Notes
Outside, the house has it’s own superb heated swimming pool and a solar heated shower.
There is also a large communal pool and children’s paddling pool which guests can use only 100 metres away.
Kitchen Notes
The kitchen has integrated appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave grill, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob.
Living/Lounge Area Notes
The living area is equipped with a dining table and chairs, comfortable ‘L’ shaped sofa on which you can relax and listen to the CD player, watch a DVD or view Spanish and English TV.(BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4)
Bedroom Notes
There are 2 bedrooms both with balconies and superb views, 1 double and 1 twin, together with 2 bath/shower rooms.
Local Amenities & Attractions
For golf enthusiasts staying in the house, the club house and driving range, situated on the golf course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004, are only a few minutes walk away.
A second golf course is due to be available summer 2006.

Terms and Conditions
A booking deposit of Ł50 per person is required. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of Ł150 will be required on arrival and returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the house on your day of departure. Any breakages will be deducted.
The house must be vacated by 10.00 am. on the day of departure.
The house is non-smoking . Smokers are requested to smoke outside for the comfort of all our guests.
No children between the ages of 1 and 10 years of age.
No single sex bookings of more than 2 persons.
High Season— 1 week either side of and including English Bank Holidays and school holidays (excluding a week either side of Christmas ).
Low Season— any other time of the year.
The rates shown above are valid until 1st October 2006.
