About the property

The Haven is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa situated on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. It offers spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete. This quiet and exclusive lakeside community has a secure gated entrance and lakefront amenities which include clubhouse, picnic area and watersports.

The villa is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and fully air conditioned througout. The lounge with its vaulted ceiling is bright and spacious and includes a TV (cable) and DVD, along with a ceiling fan for extra coolness. The lounge overlooks the lanai and south facing pool, with wide patio doors to lead you outside to the pool, jacuzzi and extended deck area with its luxury pool furniture.

The villa has two master en-suite bedrooms with walk in closets and doors opening directly onto the pool area. Both master bedrooms have king size bed and superior mattress, along with TV, DVD and hairdryer. The main master bathroom has marble his 'n' hers washbasins, large corner bathtub and separate double shower and toilet. The second master bathroom has marble washbasin, double shower and toilet.

The two twin bedrooms are furnished in Disney Themes, with TV, DVD, cuddly toys, games and books. The two twin bedded rooms have a shared bathroom which has marble washbasin, bathtub, shower and toilet.

The villa also boasts a second separate lounge, which has a double sofa bed with TV and DVD with films along with playstaion facilities and numerous family games. As this lounge is completely separate from the main living area it can be maintained as the family room or be used as a fifth bedroom.

The kitchen is open planned and fully equipped with a super-refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator and much more. All tableware, utensils and linen are included.

Alongside the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs.

A separate utility room with large washer, dryer and iron/board.

The villa has the benefit of a large games room, consisting of a full size pool table, air hockey table and an infants play corner.

The fully screened south facing pool and jacuzzi with the sun all day is neatly surrounded by a small mature hedgerow. There is a large deck area with sun loungers for topping up your tan. The shaded lanai with large fan and its sun chairs and table for outside dining, is subtley lit at nightime for an extra ambience with your cooling drinks.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is an ideal location, only 15 minutes from the heart of Disney, with excellent access to all the parks, 5 minutes from Champions Gate where there is a PGA championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, 5 minutes from the brand new Posner Parc Leisure and Retail development. There are plenty of various restaurants nearby and a 24 hour supermarket.

Only minutes away, the Old Town, with its fabulous Saturday Night Drive Through and Celebration Town Square, ideal for a relaxing stroll and refreshments.
