Sorry No Pets
Our weekly rental price includes the cost of cleaning, linen and bath towels. Apartment towels are not to be used for swimming and you are requested to provide your own swim/beach towels. Water, Electricity and Heating are included in our rates.
For every reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of £150 or Euro equivalent per week and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit of £150.00 or Euro equivalent is required to cover breakages, excess cleaning or loss of keys etc. This deposit is to be paid with the final balance and will be returned within one week of your departure once the apartment has been checked.
This apartment is on a new development located 35 minutes from Malaga airport and 12 kilometres from Marbella. The pretty Cabopino Yacht Harbour is just 2 kilometres and with a direct access road to the beach, over the bridge. At Cabopino you will find some wonderful beaches, exclusive yachts, restaurants and beach bars.
