About the property
This new villa is located in the centre of Empuriabrava, Europe's largest residential marina. The place is ideal for summer holidays, it is one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. Perfect facilities for all types of activities including horse riding and parachuting. And we have bicycles!
There are 4 bedrooms - 3 on the first floor and one on the ground floor, next to the bathroom, which is good for elderly or disabled people.
Pool Notes
Pool size is 8x4 m, we also have sunbeds, chairs, table and umbrella next to the pool.
Parking Notes
There is an ample parking area outside the plot but next to the house (20-30 m), which is visible from the house.
Living/Lounge Area Notes
Living room/lounge overlooks the pool through the large panoramic window and is connected to the american-style kitchen.
The lounge area has 2 leather sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD/CD/MP3 hi-fi system. Free-to-air satellite TV channels are availble from Hotbird satellite.
Dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs.
Cleaning Notes
Cleaning is availbale on request at 10 Euro per hour (usually takes 3-4 hours to clean the entire house).
Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. It is 50 Euro.
Changeover Notes
Changeover day during May-September is Saturday.
Linen Notes
Bed linen is provided at 9 Euro per bed.
Activity Equipment Notes
2 bicycles are available.
Local Amenities & Attractions
There are many places of interest nearby, from ancient ruins at Empuries to Salvador Dali's museums in nearby Cadaques and Figueres.
Terrific views on Cap de Creus Peninsula (10km away), monasteries and medieval towns. You won't regret going on further to Girona or Perpignan in France, both are just 45 minutes away.
The town borders a natural reserve of Aiguamols de L'Emporda where you may watch birds and other animals.
Booking Notes
Final cleaning of 50 Euro is not included in the price.
Bed linen is 9 Euro per bed, beach towels 3 Euro per person (if needed).

Garage Notes
There is a garage behind the house, though you should be careful if you have a large car as the passage that leads to the garage is pretty narrow. For a compact car it is OK. There is also a lot of parking place next to the house.
Bathroom/Ensuite Notes
There are 3 bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 on the ground floor with WC/shower
Bathroom 2 on the 1st floor with MC/shower
Bathroom 3 is ensuite to the main bedroom on th 1st floor with WC, bidet and large bath.
