In addition there is a comfortable divan bed, in the lounge, which can sleep a further two. A cot for an infant can be arranged upon request.

About the property
A modern fully-furnished two bedroom, two bathroom, bungalow situated at Dona Pepa.
The master bedroom is a double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe, air-conditioning, en-suite shower room, toilet, and bidet.
The other bedroom is a twin bedded room with a built-in wardrobe, a separate shower room, toilet, and bidet. Twin beds can be converted to bunks to make room for a cot which can be arranged upon request.
In addition there is a comfortable divan bed, in the lounge, which can sleep a further two.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
To the outside of the property are gated gardens both at the front and rear of the bungalow. The front garden has a furnished patio area while at the rear of property there are stairs leading up to the roof solarium. There is a utility room at the back, which contains the washing machine, electric iron and ironing board.
Close to the bungalow (a matter of seconds away) and within the complex are the communal pools. There is an adult pool and a separate pool for the children in a lovely secluded gated area.
Within 500 metres of your front door is the Zona Commercial, where you will find numerous excellent restaurants, cafes, a Spanish and English supermarket, shops, a boutique, a newsagent and a Bank. There is also a National Service Bus stop.
If you feel like stretching your legs, then you can walk for about 10 minutes, to a much larger 'Supermercado' where the choice and prices are excellent!

SELF CATERING
Locally you will find a superb Spanish supermarket with an excellent range of everything you need.
Excellent fresh meats,fish & seafood, fruit & vegetables, patisseries and a wide choice of tinned, packet and frozen foods.
There is also a small English shop if you so prefer.
Within a 5 minute walk you will find some excellent restaurant facilities, serving Chinese, Italian and English food. A mile a way in Ciudad Quesada are many more superb eating establishments and shopping facilities.
THINGS TO DO
This area of the Costa Blanca has wonderful beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja, numerous Golf Courses at La Marquesa. La Finca, Las Ramblas to name but a few.
Why not try the Water Parks in Quesada and at Torrevieja, or the Terra Mitcia Theme Park at Benidorm.
In Ciudad Quesada there is an Agent VIAJES ROSA TOURS where you can book a day coach excursion to one of many interesting places. for example Cartagena, Benidorm, Murcia, Caravaca, Altea & Jalon Valley. A £75 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The balance of the rental due is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your departure, along with a Refundable Deposit of £100 against breakages/damage and loss; which will be returned, less any agreed deductions, shortly after the end of the Rental.
