Marina View Apartment is situated in a quiet area of Fethiye known as Karagozlar. With a pretty waterfront and marina only 50m away and the main town of Fethiye with its excellent array of shops, bars and restaurants being approximately 1km away. There is a Dolmus bus service located at the end of the road which makes access to all the local attractions, like the famous beach at Olu Deniz, a night out in Hisaronu or a visit to the local market etc, really easy and it is very cheap and fun on these local Turkish buses.
The apartment offers a large open plan lounge/diner with glass wall to one end with double doors onto sun terrace which over looks the lovely swimming pool and sun deck. The features two quality, comfortable sofas, large colour TV, DVD player and selection of DVD films and books. There is a dining table and chairs and an outside dining table set. The apartment has crockery for both inside and outside dining. The smart modern kitchen offer a combination oven/microwave/grill & 4 gas burner hob. There is a large fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and juicer. The large outside terrace also features a large barbecue. All the large double size bedrooms offer private en-suite, shower & wc, with the master bedroom also offering a Jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom also offer a terrace with stunning views of the Karagozlar bay and marina. There is a lovely swimming pool with sun deck with sunbeds and chairs.
Patio Notes
The Lounge terrace patio is a good size and offers seating for 8 persons. There is a large gas barbecue which is available for use in the rental. The lounge terrace over looks the swimming area with step access and a child safety gate, restricting access to the pool for unaccompanied young children.
The master bedroom terrace patio is also a good size and offers seating with stunning elevated views over the swimming pool to the blue waters of the Mediterranean of Karagozlar & Fethiye bay and marina.
